I studied mechanical engineering at university and graduate school in Japan, and for more than twelve years since then I have worked on the design, manufacturing, and improvement of production equipment in both Japan and Vietnam. From designing jigs and inspection mechanisms to machining parts that demand accuracy to a thousandth of a millimeter, I have done the work with my own hands.
Because I have actually stood at the machine and made parts one by one, I understand what a catalog alone cannot tell you: a cutting tool is not a product you simply sell and forget, it is a technical decision. Choose the wrong tap and the thread is ruined; get the drilling parameters wrong and the drill breaks mid-cut, wasting both material and process time. I have lived through those situations on the shop floor. That is why every recommendation I give customers is grounded in real experience.

I have run lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment myself, machining to accuracy within a thousandth of a millimeter. I sharpen tools, understand the principles of cutting, and know how point angle and material affect the finished surface.
I hold a Grade 2 welding management engineer qualification and am proficient in MIG and TIG welding. This understanding of materials and welding processes feeds directly into tool recommendations matched to each material being machined.
I earned a master's degree in mechanical engineering in Japan and spent years in production engineering at Japanese companies, where tools from Nachi, OSG, and Yamawa are trusted as the standard for manufacturing.
